- First, you must complete the application process by clicking on here.
- Once you have agreed to the TradeStation Agreements, you must go on to complete the Interactive Brokers account application.
- You will be contacted by TSG support and you can ask there any question you have.
- After completing the IB application, you will have to submit 2 documents: proof of your identity + proof of your address. Please find more details about it below.
- Applications will be processed within 3 business days of the receipt of the application under normal business conditions.
- If you are not sure that you complete the application correctly or that you submit correct proof of identity/proof of address, do not worry. If this happens, you will be asked by IB and TSG support to make changes.
- After opening your account you must fund your account with min deposit $1,000 USD
- After funding your account with min deposit $5,000, you will receive on your email links for downloading the correct version of TWS and TSG platform and logins credentials to TSG as well.

- After that, you will receive on your email approximately 7 steps to follow – How to change setting in your IB account management, so that your IB account could go “under the umbrella” of the TradeStation Global.
- You will be contacted by TSG support and you can ask there any question you have.
- Moreover, you will receive the info about when your account will be transferred. The transfer usually happens over the weekend.
- Please make sure, that the available balance of your account is min $1,000USD. Otherwise, you must fund the account.
- After funding your account with min deposit $1,000USD, you will receive on your email links for downloading the correct version of TWS and TSG platform and logins credentials to TSG as well.
Question: Which 2 documents are necessary to submit to successfully open the TradeStation Global (TSG) account?
Answer: You will need to submit only 2 documents as a natural person:

- Driving Licence (as a proof of identity) a 2. Passport (as a proof of address) – two-sided color copy.
Question: Whén and where to submit the required 2 documents (proof of identity and proof of address), if I cannot upload them within the account management?
